About aei

Australian Environment International (aei) is as an environmental management advisory service specializing in problem solving, and committed to delivering environmental excellence.

aei is a professional network providing strategic advice to private and public sector clients. Our Associates throughout Australia and overseas provide additional specialist information in numerous fields - including archaeology & anthropology, landscape architecture, environmental engineering, land development, education, ecotourism, environmental law, advertising & marketing, journalism, and film & book production.

Since its establishment in 1988, aei has been privileged to advise on the strategic planning and direction of a clientele ranging from Australia's largest corporate landholder to the chief environmental education facility in Japan. It has produced the tactical environmental and industry development plan for Malaysia's premier nature and eco-tourism State, and has devised - and supervised over the long-term - field training programs for one of Europe's most prestigious universities. At another extreme, it has developed management plans for some of Australia's most threatened species.

aei's Chairman and Principal Adviser is Dr Hugh Lavery, inaugural Environmental Practitioner of the Year (2007 - 2008) for Australia and New Zealand.

aei is proud that no environmental problem it has tackled to date has proved too challenging to yield a satisfactory solution.
